The Housing Society which made a humble beginning with allotment of mere 76.2 acres of land (which constitute current Phase-I of DHA) has come a long way since.  Real Estate Reps of DEFCLAREA Visits DHA City Karachi (DCK)
A delegation of approx 200 real estate reps of DEFCLAREA visited DHA City Karachi (DCK) project on Super Highway to see the pace and progress of the ongoing development works and spent a busy day at the site.

Project Director (PD) DCK, Brig (Retd) Muhammad Rafique briefed the delegation about the planning concept, development strategy and the details of the ongoing development activities at DCK. He said that DCK was fastly being developed with institutionalized strength in accordance with a delegation about the salient aspects of recently launched Farm Houses, details of upcoming Farm House Balloting and about some remarkable interventions made in DCK which has given a new dimension versatile and added value to DCK project.

The delegation was then taken around the area which was buzzing with different development activities specially the ongoing sector development works including infrastructure development of various community related facilities. The delegation was also given a detailed briefing at the site of Farm Houses. The members of the delegation appreciated the speed, execution and quality of the ongoing development works and termed them impressive, versatile and phenomenal in nature.

At the end President DEFCLAREA, Mr Raja Mazhar thanked PD DCK for the warmth and hospitality extended to the delegation during their visit. He said that the erstwhile visit was extremely informative and had greatly helped the realtors to better understand and appreciate the efficacy, viability and significance of DCK project which would help them in promoting the credibility and worth of DCK project in the real estate market.
